2 large potatoes, cut into chips <br> Oil, for frying<br> 1 small onion, finely chopped<br> 2 cloves garlic, minced<br> 1 teaspoon chili flakes (can substitute with paprika)<br> 1 can diced tomatoes<br> 1 tablespoon sugar<br> Salt to taste<br> 100g cheese, grated (can substitute with vegan cheese)<br> Spring onions, sliced for garnish<br>
